Oil cooler
DESIGN FEATURES AND PRODUCT PROFILE :
The oil cooler is intended for cooling engine oil in aero-engines used in helicopter propulsion. The oil cooler is of a tubular-strip type. It consists of a core, two screens, two covers and a section attached to the housing in order to facilitate the cooler installation. All elements are made of aluminum alloy except for a thermostatic valve. The cooler main assembly is a core which consists of 16 internally finned flat tubes and corrugated strips. All the core parts are sintered. The thermostat controls oil temperature at the cooler outlet.
